I like to paint seascapes, landscapes, still lives, and portraits. I do some plein air painting but work more in my studio.

DIFFERENT STORKES DIFFERENT FOLKS
SUSHI (5x7 oil on wood panel) This was an exercise from Karin Jurick'sDifferent Strokes from Different Folks web site. Thank you Karin for the great reference photo. It had wonderful color and contrast, and was a joy to paint.
Very nice rendition of Karin's sushi.....I like your colors and texture in the rice. It looks like they are really soaking up the soy sauce. I'm glad you decided to return to your art after retiring, you have a lot of talent!
